About Gemma Ní Dheasúnaigh

Gemma is the founder of Our Story Mind. She has worked for many years as a mindfulness coach and trainer, in private practice and in educational settings. She has lectured and also taught at primary and high school levels. She has extensive experience in the facilitation of personal growth. Her qualifications in education, psychotherapy and her Masters in Mindfulness Based Interventions have been very useful.
